Chemistry Alumnus Deng Keli and His Spouse Donate NT$3 Million to Establish a Scholarship Encouraging Junior Students to Develop Soft Skills

To give back to their alma mater and support the next generation, Tamkang University Department of Chemistry alumnus Deng Keli, together with his spouse Jan Ching-liu, Chairperson of PharmaEssentia Corporation, will donate NT$1 million annually for three consecutive years starting in 2026 through the New Taipei City Bo-Hao Charitable Foundation, totaling NT$3 million, to establish the “Tamkang University Department of Chemistry Bo-Hao Scholarship.” On May 19, Department Chair Chen Chih-hsin personally visited PharmaEssentia to complete the signing ceremony with Mr. Deng and his wife.
