Chemistry Department Alumnus Chao-Ming Liao Promotes Traditional Chinese Medicine Internationally.

Outstanding alumnus of the Department of Chemistry, Chao-Ming Liao, is currently the president of Xiangning Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. In 2025, he will open the Zhongxiao Branch in Taipei City, leading a Traditional Chinese Medicine team toward internationalization. He is also collaborating with Women’s Academy to provide more comprehensive health management and holistic care for women. Liao emphasizes that the essence of Traditional Chinese Medicine lies in ‘health preservation.’ He hopes to promote regular conditioning and health screenings, enabling the public to focus on prevention rather than waiting until health issues arise before seeking medical treatment.
