Led by Deng Jinpei, the team joins the Science Island Train to launch a STEAM learning journey through semiconductor science experiences.
Associate Professor Deng Jinpei from the Department of Chemistry led more than 20 students to participate in the ‘2025 Taiwan Science Island Train’ event organized by the National Science and Technology Council. The Taiwan Railways train departed from Taipei Station on October 20, launching a six-day science education journey that toured 18 counties and cities across Taiwan, stopping at 28 stations. The first stop was Banqiao Station, where a handover ceremony was held to mark the start of the journey and celebrate the event’s 10th anniversary, drawing nearly 700 teachers and students from 10 schools in Taipei, New Taipei, and Keelung.
