Major Breakthrough in Real-Time Semiconductor Process Monitoring: Chen Chih-Hsin’s Team Wins the 22nd National Innovation Award
On December 19, the research team led by Professor Chen Chih-Hsin of the Department of Chemistry received the “Academic Research Innovation Award” in the Environmental Technology and Energy Applications category at the 22nd National Innovation Awards, with their project “Real-Time Monitoring System for Gaseous Molecular Contaminants in Semiconductor Processes.” Organized by the Institute for Biotechnology and Medicine Industry (IBMI), this award is a prestigious recognition in Taiwan’s biomedical and health sectors, aimed at encouraging forward-looking technological research and innovative applications.
